SEO Agency in Georgia

H&M Strategies is an SEO agency in Georgia working with local businesses from the coast to the middle of the state. We handle search and answer engine optimization, the websites underneath them, and the lead tracking that shows what the work produced. Our office is in Richmond Hill, and the people doing the work live in the markets they are ranking businesses in.

Georgia is not one search market. What wins in Savannah does not automatically win in Macon, and a Statesboro business has a calendar nobody else has. This page covers how we handle that.

The Ground We Cover

Georgia Markets We Work In

Each of these behaves differently in search. Here is what actually changes from one to the next.

Savannah and Chatham County

The most competitive market we work in. Tourism money, a steady flow of new residents, and the port keep demand high, and it shows in how many businesses are already fighting for the same map pack. Review counts here run well ahead of the rest of the region, so a new business usually has to win on service pages and question content first while the review side catches up.

Downtown, the islands, and the west side behave like separate searches. A business on Abercorn does not automatically show up for someone searching from Pooler. More on Savannah.

Richmond Hill and Bryan County

Our home market, and one of the fastest growing parts of the state. Growth here means a constant supply of people who have no existing relationship with a local business and search for everything. The flip side is that Google often serves Savannah businesses to Richmond Hill searchers, so a local company has to be unambiguous about where it is and what it covers.

We keep the local detail on our SEO company in Richmond Hill, GA page.

Statesboro and Bulloch County

A university town, which gives it a search pattern nothing else in the region has. Demand swings with the Georgia Southern calendar, the rental and student-housing cycle drives whole categories of service searches at predictable times of year, and a chunk of the audience turns over every August. Content planned against that calendar beats content published evenly across twelve months. More on Statesboro.

Macon and Middle Georgia

Inland, larger in population than most of the coast, and noticeably less saturated in search than Savannah. Businesses here often still have thin websites and unclaimed profiles, which means the basics move the needle further than they would on the coast. The I-75 corridor also pulls in searches from surrounding counties, so service-area setup matters more than the city name alone. More on Macon.

Across the Line: Hilton Head and Bluffton, SC

Plenty of Georgia businesses sell into the Lowcountry, and the state line does not stop a service radius. Seasonal population swings and a second-home market change what people search for and when. Hilton Head and Bluffton have their own pages.

What a Georgia SEO Campaign Looks Like

Same four stages whether you are in Macon or on Tybee.

1. Find out where you actually stand

Current rankings by city, indexing problems, profile gaps, and who is beating you locally. Most of what we find in the first week is fixable without writing a word of new content.

2. Fix the site under the campaign

Speed, structure, titles, internal links, structured data, and lead capture that reaches your inbox. Rankings on a site nobody can convert on are a vanity metric.

3. Build the pages the market searches for

A page per service, real pages for the towns you serve, and answers to the questions your customers ask. Written in the words buyers use, not the words the industry uses.

4. Push the same targets until they hit

We work a short list of keywords until they reach the top three, then rotate the next ones in. Chasing a hundred terms at once is how agencies produce reports instead of customers.

The Georgia Businesses We Work With

Professional offices, practices, shops, restaurants, home service companies, and B2B suppliers. If your customers are in Georgia and they search before they buy, the work applies. Start with SEO for small business or local SEO services.

Our deepest track record is in the construction trades, which is where the company started and where most of our measured results come from. A coastal HVAC client posted a 65% year-over-year revenue increase after we rebuilt their site and localized their search presence. If you run a trade business, go straight to SEO for contractors. Everyone else gets the same system, minus the tool belt.
