Case Studies

Real clients. Measured results.

We don't pitch on promises. We show the numbers. Below are three of the trade businesses we manage, straight from their own systems, Housecall Pro, estimate reports, and bid records, dated and attributable. We only claim what we can trace to the work we do.

How we report

Most agencies show you traffic. We show you revenue, estimates, and won work, the numbers a business owner actually runs on. Every figure here is pulled from the client's own tools, not ours.

01 Coastline Heating & Air · HVAC · Richmond Hill, GA

Revenue up 65% year over year.

Coastline's previous website had a dead contact form, silently dropping leads before they ever reached the office. We rebuilt the site with live lead tracking and shipped 18 localized service-area pages covering their 75-mile footprint. Here's what happened to their job revenue.

+0% year-over-year increase

Source: Coastline's own Housecall Pro job-revenue totals, February through July, 2025 (the year before H&M) vs 2026 (with us), same calendar months. We take credit only for leads we can attribute, tracked forms and calls, never a client's whole book of business.

02 MPI Fabrication · Metal Fabrication · Our first client

Estimate requests up 83%.

MPI was the first company we ever took on, in January 2026. Estimate requests are the quotes that turn into jobs, so that's the number we watched. In the four months before H&M they logged 125. In the first four months with us, 229.

03 Coastal Roofing of Georgia · Commercial Roofing

In the game on nearly $1M of work.

CRG came on with no prior data to compare against, so these are the raw numbers since signing: the real jobs they've been invited to quote, and what they've closed.

$0 in jobs quoted since signing
0 real bid opportunities
$0 won so far · 16 jobs completed

Source: CRG's own bid records. No pre-engagement baseline exists, so, unlike Coastline and MPI, these are cumulative totals since day one, not a before/after. These are pipeline and won work, not the company's total revenue.

By the numbers

The whole portfolio, measured.

Across every site we manage. Figures pulled from Semrush and Google Search Console, and dated. Nothing rounded up, nothing invented.

One honest note: MPI's 26.6% is a total visibility level (the highest in the portfolio), shown for scale. The other three are month-over-month gains. We'd rather say that out loud than blur it.

Your business, next

One client per trade, per market.

We take a single business in each trade and market, so the growth you just read about is never being handed to your competitor down the road. If your trade in your area is still open, let's talk about what the next twelve months could look like.
